US Immigration from United Arab Emirates

Hi, I intend to apply into a community college, it provides a 2 year associate degree which can be transferred into pathway program into a university where you can study for 2 more years and get a full bachelors degree, it's more cost efficient for me personally plus associate degree gives me hands on skills throughout those 2 years at college, but the main reason of going for community college is it's cost efficient studies..my question is if I tell this clearly to the VO would I face rejection? Like what is community colleges visa approval ratio?

I'm planning on studying in USA on F1 visa, I'll be applying from UAE, is it necessary for me to mention my relatives that live in USA? Only one uncle of mine lives in USA and he's a citizen, but I've been told that if I have a relative in USA I'll be denied the visa? Would it be an issue if I don't mention him in my application?. I recently won the lottery I'm in dubai but an African I'm trying to fill the ds 260 but on educational requirements..

I have secondary school certificate and vocational certificate yet in dv vocational is not considered.

So I filled my highest level of education as high school diploma

What I'm asking should I go ahead to include technical vocational certificate under the number of institutions attended or I should leave it and simply write only secondary school certificate

Submitted my case last week and logged into my online account today. I was able to access my receipt notice. Is this the same one that gets sent in the mail and actually the NOA1? I'm overseas so was excited to see it digitally. In the bottom left hand corner of the notice, it lists the Potomac Service Center right across from the barcode. Is this where my case ended up or is this just the standard address listed?

Also, my case processing time on the website with my profile says 5 months until a decision will be made. Is this really accurate?!
